Convenient location for exploring around, right in nature🌳, and close to the restaurant. the friendly staff even upgraded our room to a cozy one!

The food options here were pretty good, and the staff was really nice and friendly. the service they provided was also good! 😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a restaurant on premises and a golf club nearby for those who enjoy a game or two.

The hotel at Hacienda Soltepec Suites Campo De Golf is enchanting. As I walked through the gardens, I felt transported back to the 1800s while still enjoying modern amenities. The food at the restaurant was exquisite, and the prices were surprisingly affordable. For just $75 a night, I couldn't believe the value I was getting.

The hotel's ambiance took me back in time whilst providing modern amenities. The staff was knowledgeable and kind, offering historical information alongside a tour of the property. The gardens and common areas were exceptionally well-maintained, and the restaurant served scrumptious cuisine. Additionally, access to restaurants and the golf club was convenient.

Spent New Year's Eve at an allegedly luxurious resort and got to experience its gorgeous surroundings and its great food. The common areas were beautifully kept and well-maintained. When it comes to the service, I cannot say enough good things: the staff was always friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was a different story altogether – my room was old and outdated, with a bathroom that was in serious need of renovation. Not only that, but the room was located so far away from the rest of the resort that it was a very long walk to get anywhere.

The location of this hotel is great, close to the restaurant on premises and the golf club nearby. the rooms are quite comfortable and have a lot of amenities including heating, fridge and microwave. the staff is really helpful and attentive to guests' needs. Breakfast at the restaurant was good with a variety of options.

The pool was quite far from the rooms and not easily accessible.

Beautiful gardens and architecture, good food and service, original hacienda furniture, staff helpful and friendly.

It was all superb.

The gardens were beautifully maintained and had a magical feel to them. the food was impressive and reasonably priced, a great surprise. Key location facts were easy access to the indoor pool and very clean restrooms and showers.

The rooms were a bit outdated and showed signs of humidity problems, which was disappointing. Some of the staff could use some customer service training as they were not very accommodating.
